Our store is committed to using fresh ingredients from local growers and markets, whenever possible. The milk we use is from a local Grade A Milk plant, where the cows are grass fed and hormone-free. Each pan of our flavorful artisan gelato is hand made in small batches and crafted with passion. Stop in to our Shadyside store soon - we look forward to serving you!
